Girls Bike Weekend 2019 se celebra del 28 al 30 de junio  en Andorra. Consiste en un fin de semana donde, las chicas que quieren iniciarse en las modalidades más atrevidas del MTB (enduro y descenso) o las que ya están iniciadas, se reúnen en un bikepark y pasan dos días increíbles montando juntas y compartiendo experiencias y muchas risas. Durante los dos días hay una gran cantidad de actividades: montar en el bike park, clases de iniciación, cena conjunta, sorteos de regalos, talleres sobre entrenamiento, mecánica, nutrición,...

Los dos días de bikepark serán en Vallnord Bike Park

Este año estaremos tod@s alojad@s en el mismo Hotel, el Ushuaia The Mountain Hotel un fantástico hotel de 4 estrellas superior muy cerca del Bike Park, para poder aprovechar al máximo el tiempo. La cena del sábado, sorteo de material y otras actividades se celebrarán en este alojamiento. La mayoria de habitaciones del hotel tienen capacidad para 4 personas, algunas de 3. Las habitaciones se ocuparan con su máxima capacidad, siendo la organización quien distribuya a las personas segun lo que se indique en el nombre del acompañante o por afinidad. Si tienes alguna petición al respecto indícalo en el campo de observaciones.

Aunque el evento está destinado a chicas, también damos la bienvenida a chicos como acompañantes de las inscritas (máximo 1 por inscrita), el cual también deberá hacer su inscripción. Además, si eres chico pero no acompañas a ninguna chica y quieres compartir algunas bajadas con nosotras, puedes escoger las opciones de solo forfait de 1 día o de 2 días con comida (opciones E y F).

Si eres menor de edad y quieres participar, puedes hacerlo, pero deberás ir acompañada de un tutor legal o un adulto autorizado.

OPCIONES DE INSCRIPCIÓN

En el formulario de inscripción puedes elegir entre diferentes opciones.

Las opciones A, B, C, D, G y H para las chicas, incluyen un welcome pack, clases de iniciación para las chicas que lo  deseen (sábado), montar en grupo coordinado por niveles con nuestras guías, la cena del sábado,  los desayunos de sábado y/o domingo en funcion de la opcion elegida, el sorteo de regalos,  el maillot exclusivo personalizado para todas las inscritas en estas opciones y una tapa de potencia personalizada de B-part components para las 50 primeras inscritas. Todo esto desde solo 124 euros!!!!

• A- Pack completo (170 €) : Si quieres disfrutar al máximo del evento, esta es tu opción. Además de lo descrito anteriormente, incluye 2 noches de alojamiento (viernes y sábado) en  ushuaiamountain Hotel con desayuno, 2 forfaits con comida y cena del sábado
• B- Pack "sin Forfait" (125 €) : si ya tienes el forfait de temporada pero quieres disfrutar al máximo o acompañas a tu chica al evento y no vas en bici, elige esta opción. Además de lo descrito anteriormente, incluye 2 noches de alojamiento (viernes y sábado) en  ushuaiamountain Hotel con desayuno y cena del sábado.
• C - Pack 1 día (124 €):  si trabajas un dia del finde, y solo puedes venir un dia, esta es tu opción. Además de lo descrito anteriormente, incluye 1 noche de alojamiento (sábado) en  ushuaiamountain Hotel con desayuno, 1 forfaits con comida y cena del sábado.
• D - Pack Temporada (290 €) : quieres venir a GBW y comprar el Forfait de temporada de Vallnord a un precio alucinante? esta es tu opción. Además de lo descrito anteriormente, incluye 2 noches de alojamiento (viernes y sábado) en  ushuaiamountain Hotel con desayuno, 2 comidas en el bikepark, cena del sábado y el forfait de temporada de Vallnord para este verano!!!!
• E- 2 forfaits (70 €): incluye 2 forfaits con comida
• F- 1 forfait (38 €): incluye 1 forfait con comida. Si eliges esta opción indícanos en las observaciones si será para el sábado o el domingo.
• G - Pack residente (100 €): IMPORTANTE opción solo disponible para residentes en Andorra. Se requiere acreditación de la residencia. Consultar condiciones especiales en este enlace. Incluye todas las ventajas generales y además, 2 forfaits con comida y cena del sábado.
• H - Pack residente sin forfait (70 €): IMPORTANTE opción solo disponible para residentes en Andorra. Se requiere acreditación de la residencia. Consultar condiciones especiales en este enlace.  Incluye todas las ventajas generales y además, 2 comidas en el bikepark y cena del sábado.

* Las opciones E y F són solo para chicos que no acompañen a ninguna chica pero que quieran compartir unas bajadas con nosotras, y no incluye en ningún caso ninguna de las actividades paralelas del evento ni los regalos.

En el formulario, además de los campos identificativos necesarios también encontrarás los siguientes:

• Talla maillot (solo chicas): puedes consultar el tallaje en este enlace.   
• Nick: el nombre que quieras que aparezca en los regalos personalizados. Si no indicas nada pondremos tu nombre.
• Nombre acompañante: Si eres chica y vas a venir a la cena con un chico (máximo 1 por chica), indícanos su nombre. Él también deberá hacer su inscripción, eligiendo la opción que prefiera. Si eres chico, indícanos a que chica acompañas.
• Aquiler de bici o protecciones: si necesitas alquilar bicicleta o protecciones marca esta opción. Te ofreceremos unos precios muy ventajosos en diversas tiendas de Andorra.
• Intolerancia alimentaria: indícanos si tenemos que tener en cuenta alguna cosa para el desayuno, la cena o comidas en el bikepark. Intentaremos adaptarnos ;)
• Observaciones: para cualquier otra cosa que quieras comunicarnos en relación a tu inscripción, infórmalo en este campo.

LÍMITE DE INSCRIPCIONES

Girls Bike Weekend tiene limitadas las inscripciones a la capacidad del hotel y a la que la organización considere para poder ofrecer unas actividades con la calidad adecuada al evento. Sólo las opciones para chicos que no acompañen a ninguna chica (E y F) son ilimitadas. 

IMPORTANTE: puedes consultar nuestra normativa en este enlace. Cualquier inscripción que se realice y no cumpla esta normativa podrá ser anulada por la organización, retornando el importe de la inscripción (menos los gastos generados a la organización).

OPCIONES EXTRA

Si quieres pasar alguna noche más en el hotel, ofrecemos la posibilidad de pasar las noches del jueves y/o del domingo a un precio reducido. Para ello, al final del formulario verás las opciones para indicárnoslo y el régimen de alojamiento deseado. 

PERIODO DE INSCRIPCIÓN

 El periodo de inscripción será del 2 de mayo de 2019 al 10 de junio de 2019. Hasta el dia 2 de junio los precios son los indicados en la tabla anterior y, a partir de esa fecha, el precio de la inscripción ser verá incrementado en 30 euros en todas sus opciones.

Girls Bike Weekend 2019 will be held from June 28-30 in Andorra. It’s made up of one full weekend where girls who want to try the most daring types of MTB (enduro and downhill), or those who are already experienced, all get together in one bike park to spend two incredible days riding together and sharing laughs. During those two days there are tons of activities: riding the bike park, beginner classes, group dinner, gift raffle, workshops about training, mechanics, nutrition, etc.

Both bike park days will be held at Vallnord Bike Park

This year we will all be staying at the same hotel, the Ushuaia The Mountain Hotel; an incredible 4* hotel very close to the Bike Park, to be able to take as best advantage of our time together. Our dinner on Saturday, gift raffle, and other activities will all take place at the hotel

Even though this event is designed for women, we also welcome guys as companions to the women (maximum one per woman registered), who should also register. Also, if you are a guy that isn’t accompanying a woman and you want to share some of the rides with us, you can select the 1 day or 2 day forfeit with lunch options (E and F).

If you are not of legal age and you want to participate, you are more than welcome, but you need to be accompanied by your legal guardian or authorized adult.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

In the registration form you can select from different options.

Options A, B, C, D, G and H are for the women, and include a welcome pack, beginner classes for those interested (Saturday), riding in groups decided by level guided by our guides,  Saturday’s dinner, breakfast on Saturday and/or Sunday depending on the option chosen, gift raffle, personalized exclusive Jersey, and for the first 50 participants, a personalized stem cap… All of that from just 115€!!!

• A- Complete pack (170€): If you want to enjoy the event to its fullest, this is your option. Aside from the description above, it includes two nights stay (Friday & Saturday) at the ushuaiamountainHotel with breakfast, two forfeits with lunch, and dinner on Saturday.
• B- Pack “without forfeit” (125€): If you have an annual pass but you want to enjoy to the limit, or you are accompanying a girl to the event and aren’t riding, this is your option. Aside from the description, it includes two nights stay (Friday & Saturday) at the ushuaiamountainHotel with breakfast, lunch both days, and dinner on Saturday.
• C- One day pack (115€): if you can only come one day due to work, etc, this is your option. Aside from the description, it includes one nights stay (Saturday) at the ushuaiamountainHotel with breakfast, one forfeit with lunch, and dinner on Saturday.
• D- Season pack (290€): if you want to come to GBW and also purchase a season pass to Vallnord at an incredible price, this is your option. Aside from the description above, it includes two nights stay (Friday & Saturday) at the ushuaiamountainHotel with breakfast, two forfaits with lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and a season pass to Vallnord to use this whole summer!
• E- 2 forfaits (70€)*: includes two forfeits with lunch
• F- 1 forfait (38€)*: includes one forfeit with lunch. If you choose this option, please let us know in the notes if it will be for Saturday or Sunday
• G - resident pack (100 €): IMPORTANT option only available for residents in Andorra. Accreditation of the residence is required. Check special conditions on this link. It includes all the general advantages and also, 2 forfeits with lunch and dinner on Saturday.

• H - resident pack without forfait (70 €): IMPORTANT option only available for residents in Andorra. Accreditation of the residence is required. Check special conditions on this link. It includes all the general advantages and also, 2 lunches in the bikepark and Saturday dinner.

*Options E and F are only for guys that aren’t accompanying any girls, but want to share some rides with us. These options do not include any of the other event activities nor the gifts.

On the registration form, aside from the necessary fields, you will also find the following:

• Jersey size (only girls): make sure to consult the size chart on this link
• Nickname: the name you want to appear on your personalized gifts. If you don’t indicate anything we will use your first name
• Companion name: if you are a girl and you are coming with a guy (max one per girl), please indicate their name. He also needs to do a registration, choosing the preferred option. If you are a guy, indicate which girl you will be accompanying
• Bike or gear rental: if you need to rent a bike or protective gear, choose this option. We will offer you special prices at different stores in Andorra
• Food allergies: let us know if you have any allergies we need to keep in mind for the breakfast, lunches, or dinners and we will do our best to make arrangements
• Notes: for any other details you want to share with us regarding your registration, please write it in this box

REGISTRATION LIMIT

Girls Bike Weekend has limited registrations to the capacity of the hotel and to which the organization considers to be able to offer activities with the adequate quality to the event. Only the options for boys that do not accompany any girl (E and F) are unlimited.

IMPORTANT: You can consult our regulations using this link. Any registrations that are made that are not aligned with these regulations can be cancelled by the organization, reimbursing the registration fee (except for any costs generated to the organization).

REGISTRATION PERIOD

  The registration period will be from May 2, 2019 to June 10, 2019. Until June 2, prices are as indicated in the table above and, from that date, the price of the registration will be increased in 30 euros in all options.
